Step 1: Start by drawing a circularly curved line for the head.
Step 2: Now draw a leaf-shaped flipper at the bottom of this line.
Step 3: Draw a curved line from the flipper up to the end of the body.
Step 4: Now draw the tail at the right end of the body by drawing two leaf-shapes joined together in the middle, pointing away from each other.
Step 5: Draw the face next, by drawing a small circle towards the front and shading it in for the eye. Draw a tiny circle for the hole on top of the head. Now draw a curved line for the mouth at the left end of the body. Draw two curved, horizontal lines across the bottom of the body for detail.
