Step 1: Begin your otter with a circle for the head.

Step 6: Next, draw the legs. The hind legs can be done by drawing a curved line up from the bottom of the body. Below, add two smaller curved lines for feet. Add 3 slightly curved lines down from the front of the body for the front legs, connecting in two pairs with horizontal lines.
Step 7: Finally, add the tail by drawing a thin, curvy "U" shape from the base of the body.
