Step 1: Begin with the head, drawing a triangular shape, with a curved whisker coming out on either side of the pointed end. Add a line for the mouth, and a large dark circle for the eye.
Step 2: Now for the body. Draw several connected, square shapes curving down from the back of the head.
Step 3: Next, add the flippers by drawing several "U"-shapes beneath the body.
Step 4: At the end of the tail, add several overlapping oval shapes at the end of the tail.
