Step 1: Begin with the spiders head by drawing a rounded, blocky shape.
Step 2: Add the face details by adding two small circles for eyes, and a curved line for a mouth, to the middle of the head.
Step 3: Now add the front two legs by drawing an upside down "L" shape to either side of the head.
Step 4: Add the second pair of legs by following the same process, a little behind the first set.
Step 5: Draw a third pair of legs a little behind the second pair, following the same technique.
Step 6: Draw a semi-circle behind the third pair of legs for the body.
Step 7: For the final pair of legs, draw two "L"-shapes behind the third pair, this time having the ends of the legs connect above the body like they are clapping.
Step 8: Your spider is finished!
