Step 1: Draw the head as if it were a small hay stack, but open at the bottom.
Step 2: Place a blunted triangular ear on each side of the top of the head.
Step 3: At the base, use 3 semi-circles to create the mouth.
Step 4: Above the mouth, make a small T shaped nose with lines on either side.
Step 5: Draw the eyes above the nose, but well below the ears.
Step 6: Select any pattern you want to make the face more interesting.
