Step 1: First make the head by drawing an ellipse with a small bump at the bottom.

Step 2: Add the face by making a circle for the eye, a small dot for the nose and a curved line for the mouth.

Step 3: For the body draw a long ellipse attached to the body with two openings on the bottom for the legs.

Step 4: Now add in four short legs. Add feet on the bottom with five toes on each foot.
