Step 1: Begin with a curved triangular beak with a small circle on the right side and then add in a long, slightly curved line with a hook-like curve just under the beak. Draw a small curve at the top of the head, attaching a taller spiky line for a crown of feathers. Add in squiggly, spiky lines for a second set of feathers along the back of the head. Draw a short line extending downward from the back of the head.
Step 2: Now draw in a small circle for the eye next to the feathers on the back of the head.
Step 3: Next, draw in a sideways āVā shaped line under the head for the front edge of the wing. Coming out from that draw several pointed loops in three layers with the smallest ones closest to the front of the wing.
Step 4: Now draw the tail with several thin, pointed feathers and several looping feathers in front of them.
Step 5: Draw two long legs with a few loops for toes and curving triangles for claws.
