Step 1: Begin with the beak. Draw a flattened curving triangle with a curved line horizontal across the middle for the mouth.
Step 2: Next draw a long curving line connected to the top of the beak and a small curved line for the neck connected to the bottom part of the beak.
Step 3: Draw a small fan-shaped eye just to the left of the beak.
Step 4: Now draw the wing, starting with a curved line connected to the neck area and extending up just below the back. Then draw several pointed long loops for the feathers. Draw in a vertical curved line going downward from the neck slightly to the right of where the first wing started. Draw more long pointed loops for feathers.
Step 5: Next, draw several long thin loops extending in a fan shape out from the wings for the tail feathers.
