Step 1: Crabs are some of the coolest sea creatures you will come across. Begin your crab by drawing an ellipse for its body.

Step 2: Crabs are distinguished for their pincher claws, called chelae. Draw the crab's left chela as an oval with a jagged line running through the middle of it.

Step 3: Connect the crab's claw to its body by drawing two curved lines.

Step 4: Draw the crab's three left segmented legs. The orientation of crabs' legs allow them to walk faster side-to-side than forward and backward.

Step 5: Repeat steps 2,3, and 4 for the right side.

Step 6: Crabs have neat eyes. They are on stalks and can move around in many different directions. Draw the crab's eyes as two big circles and shade crescent shapes into them. Connect each eyeball to the body with a short line. Draw the mouth as a curved line in the middle of the body. Why not try coloring your crab a bright red color?
