Step 1: Start off with the head. To draw this, draw a bullet shape on its side. Draw a line through the centre and add two dots for eyes at the pointy end.

Step 2: The next step is the antenna. Draw these with two long curves coming out from the nose, and two small lines in between them.

Step 3: To draw the abdomen, draw a rectangle at the back of the head. Draw lots of vertical lines down it to make segments.

Step 4: Now draw the tail. This is a vertical oval at the end of the back. Add some line detail to it.

Step 5: Now for the claws. Draw a small circle with a large oval at the end, then alter the oval to make a claw shape. Copy this on the other side of the head for the other claw.

Step 6: Next draw three thin legs either side of the body, and draw lines on them.
