How to Draw a Realistic Toucan - Step-by-Step Tutorial

Step 1: Start by drawing the head. Draw a curved "U" with fuzzy lines. Draw a looped left leg for the "U" which comes back down on the left side. Draw a small horizontal line inside, towards the top.

Step 2: Now draw the bill by drawing a horizontally curved line starting form the top of the head, going towards the right. Draw a small triangle at the end ofthis line. Now draw another line from the bottom of the triangle and from a little below the triangle and connect them all to the head. Draw a vertical curved line at the base of the bill to demarcate from the head. Make the middle ine on the bill slightly fuzzy.

Step 3: Draw a small dott surrounded by a hollowcircle for the eye behind the bill on the head.

Step 4: Now draw a wing below the head on the left by drawing a long triangle with fuzzy lines. Add several lines on the wing for detail and feathers. Draw a small vertical curved line below the right side of the ehad for the other wing.

Step 5: Draw the body by drawing a semi-circular curved line joing the right side of the bottom head to the tip of the left wing.

Step 6: Draw the feet by drawing two fuzzy triangles below the body. Now draw two stick-like feet with tiny triangular toes.

Step 7: Draw a a set of vertical lines below the body and the left wing for the tail.
