How to Draw a Cartoon Leopard - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: We will start with the head of the leopard. Begin by creating a circular-shaped figure that converges closer together at the base to create the chin.
Step 2: Now, at the top of the head off to the right and left, add two triangular ears with a vertical line through each.
Step 3: In the middle of the face, add two evenly spaced almond-shaped eyes. Color them in!
Step 4: Underneath the eyes in the middle, add an upside down triangle for the nose. Below this, add a curved line for the mouth and then a downward semi-circle off the bottom of this line.
Step 5: From the base of the chin off to the left, add in a vertical curved line. Move a bit off to the right and add a parallel line to this one. Those two lines should connect at the bottom by adding in a foot and curved toes. Next, leave a space in the middle and repeat the previous step on the right side to create the right leg. Now, add in a jagged horizontal line through the middle, connecting the legs together.
Step 6: Off to the left of the left leg, add a curved line that connects down to the foot. Add another circular structure at the base for the back left foot. Repeat this step off to the right of the right leg to complete the last leg of your leopard.
Step 7: Now, from the base of the right left, draw in two parallel curved lined that converge at the top to create the tail!
Step 8: Add dots and shapes all over the coat of your leopard to make it your own!
