Step 1: Begin with the left ear. Draw a "C" shape pointed down and right, with some connected zig-zag lines inside.

Step 2: For the nose, begin at the top of the ear and draw a curved line away and down. Complete it with a squiggly triangle on the inner side.

Step 3: Draw an arched line down from the right side of the nose. Add another curved line from the center, crossing over the first and moving back toward the ear with several zig-zags.

Step 4: Draw the right ear on the opposite side of the top of the head by drawing a triangle, with a zig-zag line coming down from the top to meet the head.

Step 5: Draw an oval shaped eye, top line extending back toward the ear. Darken the front of the eye and add a circle at the back with a black dot inside.

Step 6: Draw lots of whiskers around the eyes, mouth, and neck. You can do this by drawing lots of long and short straight and curved lines.

Step 7: Finally, add the pattern by drawing lots of small rounded shapes, like circles and ovals, on the face and neck.
