Step 1: We're going to start by drawing the head. Draw an oval to make the face. We'll add the antenna now by drawing two lines on top of the head.
Step 2: Next we can draw it's eye, to do this draw a circle inside the head
Step 3: To draw a neck, add a triangle below the head
Step 4: For the body, draw a semicircle.
Step 5: The hind leg can be drawn with two parallel v-shapes joining at the end.
Step 6: Draw the other hind leg in the same way
Step 7: Draw the thin front leg with two bendy lines very close together
Step 8: Draw the other front leg in the same way on the other side of the body
Step 9: Finish it off by drawing a triangle on the end of the legs.
Step 10: Congratulations! You've finished your grasshopper!
